**Terms and Conditions**

1. **Scope of Services:** Algarve Air & Solar provides air conditioning and solar installation services within the Algarve region. These services include installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units and solar panels.

2. **Service Agreement:** By engaging Algarve Air & Solar for any services, the client agrees to the terms outlined herein. Any additional terms or modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. **Quotes and Pricing:** All quotes provided by Algarve Air & Solar are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to change if additional work is required.

4. **Payment Terms:** Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods. A deposit may be required for larger projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

5. **Cancellation and Rescheduling:** Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. **Warranty:** Algarve Air & Solar provides a warranty on all installation work performed for a period of [insert warranty period]. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Installation Services

Cancellation Before Service: If you decide to cancel your installation service before the work has commenced, you may not be eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation During Service: If you cancel the installation service after work has commenced but before completion, we will assess the work completed and materials used up to that point. A partial refund may or may not be issued based on the remaining work and materials.
Completion of Service: Once the installation service is completed and signed off by the client, refunds will not be issued unless there are defects in workmanship or materials that are covered under our warranty policy.

2. Product Sales

Returns and Exchanges: If you have purchased a product from Algarve Air & Solar and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us within [3 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
